The revamped Children and Youth Fund included several revisions to the original Children’s Fund\, including the establishment of DCYF’s Oversight and Advisory Committee. Come to a creative planning meeting: Thursday\, April 20\, Children’s Council\, 6:30-8:30 PM \n2. Spread the word! Download a flyer in English or Spanish. \n3. Write a letter to the editor to let the San Francisco community know how important ECE is. DESCRIPTION:Photos from the event \n   \n   \n\nJoin us to kick-off the Week of the Young Child! March to the state capitol and rally for our children\, our dedicated teachers\, our working parents\, and our community non-profits. \nGovernor’s Mansion & State Capitol\nMonday\, April 24\, 2017\, Sacramento \nPlease register to let us know you will be joining us in Sacramento! We want to know our numbers (and to prepare enough lunch)! You can register yourself\, colleagues\, parents\, and children (with adults!)—groups up to 100 in one registration. \nNeed a ride? Ride with us! SFCCPA is chartering a bus for the day\, leaving from 1 Ferry Plaza\, Embarcadero\, San Francisco at 8 AM\, returning at ~3:45 PM. And other buses are leaving from various locations throughout the city (Mission area\, Bayview). No charge\, but you do need to reserve a seat for each passenger. You will be able to indicate the number of seats you need on the bus in the registration. Buses are filling — we will contact you to let you know where to get on if the Ferry Plaza bus is full! \nIf you have not registred with any organizations/groups yet\, please register whether you need a ride or not—so we can count you in our numbers (and have enough lunch)!
