With 23 years of experience in the field of child development, ReGina Chavez M.Ed., joins the ECESF Board as a seasoned Early Childhood Special Educator. Having served families since 2003, ReGina brings an understanding of the critical intersection between special education and early care systems. She is committed to ECESF’s mission of mobilizing educator-advocates to shape local policy and ensure that high-quality, inclusive care is accessible to all families in the city.
