Deadline to submit workshop proposals for Leadership & Equity Summit

2019 Early Childhood Leadership & Equity Summit: Our City. Our Children. Our Power.

We are seeking morning and afternoon workshops that address the following summit strands:

AM Strands- Reflecting Inward to Improve Our Power as ECE Professionals

• Personal reflection frameworks for early childhood educators and leaders
• Understanding and chipping away at implicit bias

PM Strands- Applications of Equity and Leadership Practices in the ECE Sector

• Best practices for building and sustaining equitable learning environments
• Increasing access and equity in ECE
• Advocacy, activism, and allyship for social action, leadership, and transformation in ECE
• Public policy supporting systemic equity and justice in ECE
