“Festival of Learning” Inquiry Symposium at SF State. Call for Presenters.
Call for teachers and teams to present this year at our regional teacher-presentation-of-inquiry-and-projects: “Festival of Learning” Inquiry Symposium on April 24 at San Francisco State University. Applications due by March 30th. See attached. Submit all applications via EMAIL to: info@i3inquiry.org

COACHES: Please email info@i3inquiry.org asap if you would like to be part of the design and facilitation team. In collaboration with First 5 SF to coordinate coaching hours and PD Certificates for those who are part of the planning and facilitation. We are in need of two Chinese Facilitators, two Spanish Facilitators, and two English Facilitators. If interested or connected, please email: mgg@i3inquiry.org
TEACHERS: There are several ways to participate and present in this event:
- Live presentations w/PowerPoint slides.There is a small stipend attached for those who present via PowerPoint in front of a small audience (Chinese, Spanish and English Presenters). We can accommodate a total of 12 presenters/teams. You will receive coaching to prepare, slide templates, a small stipend, and 6-hours of continuing education hours in addition to the 3-hours for participating.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: This event is about sharing WORK-IN-PROGRESS, your inquiry/projects DO NOT need to be finished. It’s about sharing your process, learning and joy with students along the way. Applications are due March 30th. See attached. info@i3inquiry.org
- Poster display.You must notify us if you plan to bring a poster and artifacts to display the evening of the 24th. There is no need to apply for poster display. You are responsible for brining, setting up and taking home your work. All poster presenting teachers and teams will receive 3-hour continuing education hours, in addition to the 3-hours for participating in the event. All languages are encouraged to be displayed. Please notify us ASAP if you plan to bring and display a poster/artifacts: info@i3inquiry.org
- Online archive. Thanks to C5 Children’s School, all teachers and teams who wish to participate can have their presentations and photo documentation displayed and archived online through the new teacher presentation portal being made available to this year’s participants!Please notify us ASAP if you are interested in having your work uploaded online for display: info@i3inquiry.org
