Mindful Practices for Empowering Educators

In this embodied online workshop, participants will learn how to integrate movement, yoga, and breath work with children in order to increase social-emotional skill development (like confidence and resiliency), as well as practice ways to improve teacher physical, mental, and emotional health.

 

Justine Luong has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Neuromuscular Science and is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has spent over 10 years working in the health and wellness field, including the development of a wellness curriculum for the children and teachers at Big City Montessori School.

 

This workshop will begin promptly at 1:30PM. We recommend joining the Zoom waiting room a minimum of 15 minutes early, so we may start on time.

 

This workshop will be recorded.

 

Certificates of Attendance will be provided.
