Why Financial Wellness?
ECESF is committed to making teaching in Early Care & Education a valued, rewarding, and sustainable life work, with those who dedicate their lives to it having agency in shaping what they do by influencing the policies and practices that impact our work with children and families, and by ensuring every educator is well compensated and has the supports they need emotionally, physically, intellectually, and interpersonally, in their personal lives and as practitioners. Financial Wellness is one aspect of this. To that end, ECESF is happy to bring ECE educators these sessions.
