Kaile Thomas has been an advocate for children and families for over ten years, with experience running educational and non-profit programs as well as college-level instruction. She has experience presenting and working with diverse audiences across the nation. In her work at Safe & Sound, she has supported parents and providers in evaluating and employing strengths-based, trauma-informed practices for keeping children and communities safe. In her role as Educational Director at Family Service Agency, she implemented and strategized the vision for pedagogical leadership across four different early care and education sites in San Francisco. She also served as the Director of Training for the San Francisco Family Support Network. Currently, Kaile is the Executive Director at The Little School in San Francisco. Born and raised in San Francisco, Kaile holds a BA in Child and Adolescent Development, an MA in Early Childhood Education, and completed a post-graduate fellowship in parent-infant mental health.
