Madonna R. Stancil, MA.Ed. is a Director at Pacific Primary School and lives in the Bayview community of San Francisco. Madonna has been a part of Early Care Educators of San Francisco (ECESSF) since 2007 after being introduced by Suzy Yu, another ECESF board member. She participated in ECESF’s 2019 ECE Issues event where educators presented key ECE issues to legislators and participated in their ECESF Leadership Program, as well as the Aotearoa New Zealand Early Childhood Study Tour. Madonna has over 30 years of teaching and mentoring experience which enable her to reach others with humor, warmth, transparency and strength.
Madonna is dedicated to building a community of life-long learners through her work in early care and education. She leads her life as a positive example for others and encourages educators and children to live up to their full potential in whatever they do. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, administrator, teacher, conference speaker, role model and mentor.
