ECESF/CPAC Joint Workforce Meeting

Early care educators directly providing care & education for young children must be involved in planning for safety with COVID-19 to develop a plan that meets community safety needs—including the safety of families, children, workforce, and the broader community. Our planning will focus on both emergency child care for essential workforce, and ECE & OST practice after Shelter in Place.

At this meeting we will continue the conversation from last Wednesday, April 15, highlight key areas identified, and continue identifying additional needs and planning for re-opening.

Agenda:

Issue: ECE is a group activity, and re-opening needs to be considered with the same care as K12 and colleges. How can emergency services to essential workers be provided while promoting community safety?
