Core Leader Meetings

ECESF core leaders are dedicated to growing ECESF and a strong teacher voice rooted in our mission, vision, and principles, and include ECESF board members as well as leaders from our network of early care educator, administrator, and pedagogue leaders. Core meetings keep us up-to-date on policies and programs affecting San Francisco’s diverse early care and education sites and educators.

We build a common understanding of priority issues at our workplaces and in our lives across our diverse roles and types of delivery, including public and community-based Family Child Care and centers, become more familiar with the landscape of the early care and education as well as the policy field. As a group of educators we create a vision for caregiving and caregivers and shape ECESF policy positions and programs.
